 David and Lauri Nahin, dba Nahin Home Loans, is a locally owned, boutique home loan, reverse mortgage, and loan processing business operation.  

We are your neighbor and truly understand your home loan needs. In addition to foward lending, we are experts in reverse mortgages. Reverse mortgages are FHA insured, non-recourse loans that can be an intragal part of one's retirement strategy.

About David Nahin, MBA:

He is a home loan and reverse mortgage expert. David holds Nevada and California Mortgage Loan Officer licenses in addition to a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.

David earned his MBA from University of Phoenix in 2012 and his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge in 1989. His career has spanned from leading Fortune 500 corporations to great growth and prosperity, to teaching at the university level.

David brings his extensive financial knowledge, business accuman, and loan origination expertise to help his valued customers with obtaining home loans, reverse mortgages, and home equity loans with great passion, dedication, understanding, and integrity that is second to none.

About Lauri Nahin:

Lauri is a Sr. Loan Officer, Sr. Loan Processor, and Reverse Mortgage specialist with over 25 years of providing her expert services across California and Nevada. She prides herself on going above and beyond to provide her borrowers with unsurpassed loan program and processing knowledge, integrity, and professionalism to close loans with an impeccable on-time percentage. Lauri's deep relationships with her multitude of lenders provides her clients with the flexibility and options needed during these demanding times.

Lauri proudly earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Phoenix in 2018. Her career has spanned across both banking and mortgage loan operations making her an expert and highly sought after resource throughout the mortgage loan industry.

About Steve Goldstein:

Steve is our Vice President of Marketing.  He has extensive knowledge of diverse business operations, marketing, and progressive financial expertise. Steve brings his many years of relationship building, business development, and integrity to Nahin Home Loans.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Southern California. He prides himself on providng his clients with expert home loan guidance, caring service, and the products you need to make your home loan experience seamless and easy.
